Celeste Koppe

Celeste Koppe is a Rural Initiatives Strategist at West Central Initiative (WCI) in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Celeste has been warmly welcomed to work on civic participation and democracy in Tunisia, Hungary, and Morrocco in the past and is happy to be back in Minnesota helping to strengthen communities through good governance. Her alma maters include Carleton College and Central European University, and outside of work Celeste enjoys snacks, reality TV shows, and being outside with books.

Join us in hearing how important it is in rural America to get involved.

We will also hold new member inductions and announce our second round of ovation award winners.
