October Monthly Meeting

  • 11:30am – 12:00pm: Networking & Lunch
  • 12:00 – 1:00pm: Program & Meeting

During this meeting, we will induct new members who have joined LAPW in the last quarter, and hear from a speaker from Someplace Safe, to recognize October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Leigh Nelson is the Housing Advocate for Someplace Safe in the Lakes
Area. Leigh will be sharing with us what barriers these victims face and how our understanding and advocacy can help them achieve stability.
