This award honors a business that has made a significant positive impact in their community (with preference given to businesses with initiatives that support women in their workplaces and their families).

Recognizes a business that has utilized their position, stature, expertise, and influence to break down barriers and effect positive change for women in their workplaces. This business demonstrates that there is a space and a place for women in all industries and professions, and will be awarded to a business paving the way in an industry or profession typically dominated by males.
